We are members of FOPDAC ( Federation of Overseas Property Developers and Consultants, CEI ( Confederation of European Inmobilares) and EEAU (European Estate Agents Union). We also carry indemnity Insurance.

 Our job does not finish once you have signed the contract, we are with you all the way. It is our job to liase through you with the builder, your solicitor and the banks, to assist you with choosing your fixtures and fittings, advising you about living in Spain. We can show you where the best places for furniture and lighting are – advise you on good removal companies, help and advise you on schools for your children and any other details you may wish to know.
All of this is free and part of the service, yes we get a commission from the builder but we work for you.
This does not mean that there is a two tier price structure - if you went to any of the developers direct you will be charged the same price as we quote you but you would not get our independent advice.
